Usability - Auto-save a workspace when drawing a layer

When stakeholders draw their own reference layers, they then lose the layer if they exit and haven't saved the workspace. Solution would be to auto-save the workspace if a drawn layer is added.

It would also be nice to get a prompt to save the workspace when you upload a layer. It is easy to forget.
