This feedback came in on Vessel Viewer as the activity summary and way events are displayed means that events on the high seas are just black, e.g. it says "X fishing hours in [blank]".

Adding high seas pockets could help identify events in unregulated areas and provide a way to communicate where an event took place in event summaries and lists.
